Cancellation Policy

Simple guidance on cancelling or rescheduling booking requests and confirmed appointments.

1. Booking requests

Submitting a booking request does not confirm your appointment. Your appointment is only confirmed once Dee replies.

2. Cancelling or rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact Dee as soon as possible.

Please give at least [CANCELLATION NOTICE PERIOD] notice where possible.

Brightened By Dee will confirm any cancellation or rescheduling terms before your appointment is confirmed.

3. Late arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

4. No-shows

If you do not attend a confirmed appointment without notice, this may affect future bookings.

5. Deposits

Brightened By Dee does not currently take deposits through this website. If deposits are introduced later, deposit and refund terms will be confirmed before payment and this policy should be updated.

6. Online or distance bookings

Consumer cancellation rights may apply to some online or distance bookings. If you ask for an appointment to take place soon after booking, you may be asked to confirm that you want the service to go ahead before any cancellation period ends.
